  1. Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
  2. Open a Private / Incognito window
    💡 Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N  |  Edge: Ctrl+Shift+P
  3. Go to portal.office.com
  4. Enter your email address and temporary password

Change Your Password▼

You will be asked to set a new password. It must:

→ Be at least 8 characters long
→ Include uppercase and lowercase letters
→ Include at least one number and one symbol
→ Not be similar to previous passwords
💡 Write your new password somewhere safe before continuing.

Set Up Security Verification▼

You may be asked to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

→ Follow the on-screen instructions
→ Choose: mobile app or SMS
💡 Microsoft Authenticator app is the most secure option.

Access Your Email (Web)▼

Access your project inbox anytime at:

→ outlook.office.com

💡 Bookmark this on your phone for quick access.

Add Email to Outlook Desktop▼
  1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer
  2. Go to File → Add Account
  3. Enter your email address and click Connect
  4. Enter your new password and complete setup

  1. Download Microsoft Outlook from App Store or Google Play
  2. Tap Add Account and enter your email and password
  3. Allow the required permissions

Cambia tu Contraseña▼

Se te pedirá que crees una nueva contraseña. Debe:

→ Tener al menos 8 caracteres
→ Incluir letras mayúsculas y minúsculas
→ Incluir un número y un símbolo
→ No ser similar a contraseñas anteriores
💡 Anota tu nueva contraseña en un lugar seguro.

Verificación de Seguridad▼

Es posible que se te pida configurar la Autenticación Multifactor (MFA).

→ Sigue las instrucciones en pantalla
→ Elige: app móvil o SMS
💡 La app Microsoft Authenticator es la opción más segura.

Accede a tu Correo (Web)▼

Accede a tu buzón del proyecto en:

→ outlook.office.com

💡 Guarda este enlace como favorito en tu teléfono.

Añadir Correo a Outlook Escritorio▼
  1. Abre Microsoft Outlook en tu ordenador
  2. Ve a Archivo → Agregar cuenta
  3. Introduce tu correo y haz clic en Conectar
  4. Introduce tu nueva contraseña y completa la configuración

Añadir Correo al MóvilOpcional▼
  1. Descarga Microsoft Outlook desde App Store o Google Play
  2. Toca Agregar cuenta e introduce tu correo y contraseña
  3. Permite los permisos necesarios

تغيير كلمة المرور▼

سيُطلب منك إنشاء كلمة مرور جديدة. يجب أن:

→ تحتوي على 8 أحرف على الأقل
→ تشمل أحرفاً كبيرة وصغيرة
→ تشمل رقماً ورمزاً
→ لا تكون مشابهة لكلمات المرور السابقة
💡 احتفظ بكلمة مرورك الجديدة في مكان آمن.

إعداد التحقق الأمني▼

قد يُطلب منك إعداد المصادقة متعددة العوامل (MFA).

→ اتبع التعليمات الظاهرة على الشاشة
→ اختر: تطبيق الهاتف أو SMS
💡 تطبيق Microsoft Authenticator هو الخيار الأكثر أماناً.

  1. افتح Microsoft Outlook على الكمبيوتر
  2. اذهب إلى ملف ← إضافة حساب
  3. أدخل بريدك واضغط اتصال
  4. أدخل كلمة مرورك الجديدة وأكمل الإعداد
